Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Financial Analyst position will undertake a variety of financial and administrative program management tasks. You will work alongside the Senior Program Manager, team members, food service operators, and our client. You will be responsible for managing the overall food program budget and forecast, analyzing and reporting on overall food program SLAs and KPIs, processing POs and invoices, coordinating meetings between stakeholders, and managing day-to-day operations of the food program.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and report on food program budget and forecast
  • Analyze and report on overall food program performance, SLAs and KPIs.
  • Assist with external and internal audit requests
  • Analyze operational and financial trends and identify opportunities and develop alternatives to improve performance
  • Create static and dynamic visualizations in Tableau to discover and communicate new insights
  • Develop, own, and manage financial models to support key initiatives and business decisions
  • Manage daily finance activities, such as food vendors POs, invoices, and payments
  • Report on FFE and CapEx planning and spend
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, when necessary, such as facilities management, engineering, procurement, contracts, and risk management as it relates to the food service program
  • Support the planning and coordination of the food program and its activities
  • Manage requests from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Amazon legal and procurement on food service contracting
  • Assist with compliance with branding and marketing guidelines


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preferred degree in finance, accounting or business
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ year of experience in a dynamic work environment
  • Contract food service operations knowledge/experience a plus
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
