As an Operations Analyst for Levy, you will be responsible for providing The Levy Difference in operations, analytics, and IT services to internal and external guests and suppliers. Results are achieved by implementing effective internal controls and efficient operations processes, through leadership and management skills, and by living our visions and values.

Major Areas of Responsibility


  • Supports company initiatives within the department
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors and Levy team members
  • Maintains positive relationships with internal and external guests, and ensures prompt response and resolution to all guest inquiries
  • Acts as a liaison with team, including partner’s operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance
  • Identifies staffing and other operational tasks to become more efficient
  • Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner

    Analytical Support

    • Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled accurately
    • Strategically supports payroll and staffing processes
    • Clearly communicates financial and operational results to management on a regular basis
    • Supports governance meetings through modeling and visualization reporting

      Job Requirements

        • English reading, writing, math and computer skills required 
        • May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
        • Stamina to work baseball hours
        • Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts1-3+ years of experience in quantitative, analytical and/or client-facing businesses as well as experience interacting with internal organizational leadership
        • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field
        • Some experience using SQL, R, Python, and Tableau for data analysis
        • Experience in Excel and financial modeling, experience in financial modeling a plus
        • Experience in survey analytics
        • Food service operations awareness/experience
        • Experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences
